Listing Momentum SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the recurring SMS program operated by Michael Thayer with Planet Home Lending LLC for real estate professionals who request property-specific listing momentum strategies.
SMS Program Summary
Michael Thayer with Planet Home Lending LLC offers the Listing Momentum SMS Program for real estate professionals. Subscribers receive recurring non-marketing texts about requested property reviews, scheduling, and service notifications and marketing texts about listing visibility, buyer affordability, property-specific marketing resources, price-reduction alternatives, seller move-forward strategies, special offers, discounts, and service updates.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 615-585-5900. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to six messages per listing enrollment. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS Program and Messaging Use Cases
This SMS program sends two separately consented message categories. Non-marketing messages respond to requested property reviews and provide scheduling and service notifications. Marketing messages may include listing visibility strategies, buyer-affordability resources, property-specific marketing resources and links, buyer-traffic ideas, price-reduction alternatives, seller move-forward strategies, special offers, discounts, follow-up questions, and service updates. This program does not provide emergency alerts, loan approvals, or commitments to lend.
Consent and Frequency
By actively selecting either optional SMS consent checkbox and submitting your mobile number, you agree to receive the selected category of recurring text messages from Michael Thayer with Planet Home Lending LLC. Neither checkbox is preselected. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, up to six messages per listing enrollment.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to every SMS message sent or received under this program according to the terms of your wireless service plan.
Opting Out
Text STOP to opt out at any time. You may receive one final confirmation that your opt-out request has been processed. After opting out, you will not receive additional messages from this campaign unless you later provide a new affirmative opt-in.
