This notice explains how information submitted through the Listing Momentum Strategy page is handled by Michael Thayer with Planet Home Lending LLC. It supplements the Planet Home Lending Consumer Privacy Notice.
Mobile Information and SMS Consent Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Information collected
We may collect your name, brokerage, email address, mobile phone number, property address, listing-strategy request, consent selection, form source, consent date and time, and message activity related to this campaign.
How information is used
We use this information to respond to your request, provide property-specific listing, affordability, visibility, buyer-traffic, price-reduction-alternative, and seller-transition information, maintain consent and suppression records, and operate the requested SMS program.
SMS opt-in details
Real estate professionals may separately choose to receive non-marketing text messages about a requested property review, scheduling, and service notifications, marketing text messages about listing visibility, buyer affordability, property-specific marketing resources, price-reduction alternatives, seller move-forward strategies, special offers, discounts, and service updates, both categories, or neither category. Each SMS checkbox is optional and not preselected. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase and is recorded only when the visitor actively selects the applicable checkbox. Message frequency varies, up to six messages per listing enrollment. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
No Sharing or Sale of SMS Opt-In Data
Retention and Choices
Consent, opt-out, and suppression records may be retained as needed to document compliance and honor your preferences. You may request access, correction, or deletion subject to applicable law and required recordkeeping by contacting us.
